Santa's Mall Excursion

This year, the Junior Creative Writers were tasked with writing a seven-minute play for this year’s BISFA Holiday Spectacular. On top of that, this year’s play had to be multimodal, meaning we had to recruit people from other departments to help us bring together this play. The artists brought on board were: Raelynn Kwok, Annabelle Skopek, Jay Baker, and Maddie Renken from Visual Arts making the fantastic props. Ben Alberding and Luke Heichlinger from the Instrumental Department made the amazing background music. Keikei Johnson and Autumn Taylor from CGDA are animating an extraordinary background. Lilly St. Clair, Betsy Fentress, Natalie Stoner, Kieara Hall, Josh Laguerre, and Murphy from Theatre acted out most of the characters. 

Santa’s Mall Excursion is a comedy and heartwarming play about kids and AJ visiting Santa at their local mall. It includes comedy for all ages of audience members and truly absurd situations and fulfilling the visitors' Christmas wishes just before closing.
